Nice to meet you, I'm Nikita. I'm 19 years old, a student in advertising & marketing communications management, and I love sparkly things.

I've always loved media and was always fascinated with how people managed to sell stuff. I've also always loved pretty things, and have been an art kid since I found out what zig zag scissors were. I pursued that and went into an art school to refine my skills, and discovered that time flies when I try to make things perfect. I was trained in the traditional media, the handheld stuff.

One Christmas my dad and I found a camera on sale and it started from there. Just me, aperture mode and a totally pirated version of Photoshop CS6. I'd work really hard on pieces. I was just getting into it and I knew I sucked, so I used Instagram to be as a little portfolio for me to see my progress. Still there today if you wanna go see it (shameless plug) (@nikitacekay on Instagram)  I began setting up my own photoshoots from then on, and I would lose the time. Must mean I like it.

These days I'm learning to use my skills in art and pretty things to sell stuff, and it's pretty cool. I can't wait to get out into the real world.
